Once your toothbrush has been received, our team will carefully inspect and test it to ensure that it is in good working condition and does not have any signs of water damage. If our tests reveal that your toothbrush has been exposed to water and is experiencing operation issues as a result, we will contact you promptly to discuss the next steps.
If your toothbrush has suffered water damage, our team will perform a thorough diagnosis to determine the extent of the damage and the best course of action. We will carefully examine the toothbrush for any signs of corrosion, rust, or other damage that may have been caused by exposure to water.
Our team will also test the toothbrush to ensure that it is functioning properly and that all of its features are working as intended. If the reveals that your toothbrush is beyond repair, we will contact you and you will only be charged the water damage Diagnosis fee of £15.
Regardless of the outcome, we will keep you informed throughout the entire process and will only proceed with any repairs or replacements once we have your approval. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible service and ensure that your toothbrush is in good working condition for your oral health and hygiene.
NOTE: Please remove brush heads before sending your device in for repair. Your electric toothbrush will be returned via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
